Find the “EOS Utility” and click the “SELECT” button File description will open and click “I have read and Agree to terms” message once you agree the download button will turn red and you will be able to click and download the utility. I cant' find EOS utility download link for 5D IV on canon USA website. My operating system is macOS Catalina and detected as Mac OS X on the prod support page. If you use Mac OS X, click the EOS Utility icon registered in the Dock. If a screen for selecting the program (application) appears, select Downloads images EOS camera. (If you use Windows XP, select Canon EOS Utility and then click OK.).

I installed EOS utility version 3 (includes v2 and I've tried both) to my Mac Book Pro running El Capitan. I want to be able to shoot raw but review Jpegs on my laptop screen as I'm shooting. So I set up my 6D to shoot raw and Jpegs expecting the Jpegs and not the raw to be downloaded to the laptop. OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion update

Canon now provides a Mac OS X 10.8 choice in their Choose Operating System menu. As I write this update (September 2012), the only downloadable item listed is the latest firmware update. Other categories say new software will be available in October 2012, so you should check it again.
